Capacity Building

This project will allow the leadership of cocoa farmers cooperatives and groups in Cameroon, to demonstrate their potential as leaders and support them the tools and skills that provide them the knowledge and capacity to empower their members (cocoa farmers).

Interventions

Facilitate Entrepreneurship Faming Concept: Cocoa Farming as a Business concept can only be archive by properly giving the leaders of cooperatives and groups the necessary training and tools, so they are able to inform and train their members.

This will also help to increase understanding on best practice among farmers and boost their entrepreneur know-how, to improve livelihood increase production of sustainable and traceable cocoa beans in the country.

Enable Business Services on Literacy: Illiteracy is a problem that is more prevalent among cocoa farmers and thus negatively impacting social and economic advancement on cocoa farmers and mostly the smallholder cocoa farming communities.

We manage a comprehensive training programme, which focuses on literacy, numeracy and basic provision of business skills and capacity for cooperatives, Group members all including farmers who are not part of coop or group, so that they have greater capacity to grow their cocoa crop as entrepreneurs.
