The Executive Board is the highest decision making body of the Alliance. Board is comprised of four members, which includes a Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and the Executive Director. Executive Board Members have four (4) years term, and can be extended.
The Executive Board Members meet once a year face to face. Members can also choose to summon an extraordinary meeting when deem necessary.
Board of Directors
Board of Directors Members are selected persons of the members and partners organizations of the Alliance.
As a member, you will have the opportunity to share your experience and expertise our activities such as: advocacy, sustainability and environmental actions.
The Executive Secretariat inculdes the international and national secretariats. The responsibility of the secreteriats team members are to develop, implement, manage project and other activities of the Alliance.
The CEO oversees the day to day functioning of the secretariats, and remain the main focal person of the Alliance in the secotor.
